AN IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

A quote checklist isn’t a permit application.

Your local reviewing authority decides which site-plan sheets, survey documents, technical drawings and application forms are required for the proposed work.

Use this checklist to reduce the back-and-forth needed to understand your request. A survey or existing plan is helpful where available, but an uncertified drafting plan cannot replace a signed land survey when one is required.

Some projects also require structural, electrical, drainage or other regulated professional documents. We separate those requirements from site-plan drafting when establishing the scope and quotation.
