Quotes and project agreements
Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to buy services. A separate written proposal, invoice or agreement specifies each project’s drawing scope, deliverables, price, timeline and revisions.
Property information and professional documents
Clients are responsible for identifying the correct property and supplying documents they are authorized to share. Drafted site plans do not establish legal boundaries and do not include professional surveying, architecture or engineering certification unless expressly agreed and performed by qualified licensed professionals.
Permit decisions
Local agencies decide whether a permit application is complete and whether a proposed project is acceptable. We do not guarantee approval or a particular review timeline. Changes beyond the approved drafting scope may require a revised quote.
