Clear pricing means clear boundaries.
A new deck and an existing-site drawing don’t require identical documentation. These practical factors determine whether the starting package covers your needs.
Available source records
Surveys, lot dimensions, easements, boundaries and any relevant topographic information.
Size and site complexity
What you are adding, where it will go and how it affects access, setbacks or coverage.
Permit review requirements
City or county checklists, application comments and any additional drawings required.
Certified surveying, structural or civil engineering, MEP, PE stamps, permit filing, review fees and specialized construction sheets require separate scope when applicable.
Four straightforward next steps.
From the first inquiry to the final files, each stage has a clear purpose and an opportunity to confirm requirements.

Practical answers about starting prices, source documents, revisions and permit requirements.
See All FAQsIs $129 the total price for every basic site plan?
No. $129 is a starting price for a qualifying basic scope. We confirm the final fee once we review the property information, improvements and requested deliverables.
Do I need a land survey before requesting a quote?
No. You can start with the address and project description. We will explain whether a current survey or other reliable property information is needed for drafting or permitting.
Can you prepare architectural, structural or MEP drawings too?
We can evaluate a full or partial permit drawing package and quote the required services separately. Regulated professional work is subject to appropriate licensed review where required.
Are engineer stamps or permit fees included?
Not automatically. Engineering, professional signing and sealing, surveys, permit filing and authority fees are separately identified when applicable.
Will you revise drawings after city comments?
Send the written comments and submitted drawings. We will identify which corrections fall within the agreed scope and which may involve new work or professional services.
Do your drawings guarantee permit approval?
No. The city or county reviewing authority determines acceptance. The project quote explains our drawing responsibilities, but approval is not guaranteed.
