PREPARE YOUR REQUEST

Three things that help us quote accurately.

You can submit the form without having every document ready. These details help us decide whether you need a single site-plan sheet, additional construction drawings, or licensed professional review.

Residential property with existing house and lawn
01 / PROPERTY

Location and what is existing

Share the address, city or county. An existing survey, boundary plat or site sketch is helpful for locating improvements and reviewing setbacks.

Residential wooden deck as a representative project type
02 / PROJECT

What you want to build

Describe the proposed deck, ADU, garage, house, addition, pool or other work, including approximate dimensions and intended placement.

Large architectural drawing sheets on a work table
03 / REVIEW COMMENTS

Any permit feedback

If a City or County has issued a checklist, deficiency notice or correction comments, send them with your survey after our initial response.

Not sure which drawings you need? Choose “Other” on the form and explain your project. We can help distinguish a site plan from architectural, structural or MEP drawings, subject to the local jurisdiction’s requirements.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you submit.

Practical answers about project pricing, available documents and the difference between drawings and permit approval.

Does requesting a quote cost anything?

No. Completing this form is free and does not place an order or authorize any payment.

What if I don’t have a property survey?

Submit the inquiry with the address and whatever reliable measurements or existing documents you have. We will explain whether a survey, additional measurements or a licensed surveyor is needed for the requested deliverables.

Can I upload files with this form?

This form collects your initial project information. After receiving our acknowledgment email, you can reply with your survey, photographs, existing drawings and permit review comments as attachments.

Are engineer-stamped drawings automatically included?

No. Engineering calculations and signed/sealed documents are additional professional services where needed, and are subject to review and acceptance by the appropriately licensed professional. We will specify these clearly in the proposed scope.

Will my drawings guarantee a permit approval?

No. The applicable building or zoning authority determines permitting requirements and approval. We can address reasonable in-scope drawing comments under the terms of the agreed project package.
